These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of individuals (“Talent”) engaging with Talent World Management (“TWM”, “the Agency”). By registering, applying, or engaging with TWM, the Talent agrees to the following:

1. Engagement With the Agency

 

1.1 Upon acceptance into Talent World Management, the Talent enters into a working relationship with the Agency for the purpose of securing modelling, acting, promotional, and/or brand engagement opportunities.

1.2 This Agreement is not a guarantee of work. Opportunities are provided based on client demand, talent suitability, and availability.

2. Exclusivity Options

Talent may engage with TWM on a non-exclusive basis or an exclusive agreement.

 

2.1 Non-Exclusive Agreement

 

2.1.1 Talent engaging with TWM on a non-exclusive basis.

2.1.2 A non-exclusive agreement permits Talent to seek, accept, and complete work through other agencies, platforms, or independent channels.

 

However, while on set scheduled by TWM, talent must refer any business enquires directly to TWM and are not allowed to provide their details

 

or engage with third party recruitment without the knowledge of TWM. TWM may provide talent's details to them instead on talent's behalf, if required.

2.1.3 Talent must ensure that any external commitments do not conflict with confirmed TWM bookings.

 

2.2 Exclusive Agreement

 

2.2.1 Talent may be invited, to enter into an exclusive agreement with TWM.

2.2.2 Under an exclusive agreement, the Talent agrees that all professional modelling and related bookings must be arranged solely through TWM.

 

2.3 Promotion to Non-Exclusive “Super Model” Tier

 

2.3.1 Talent who receive regular and consistent bookings through TWM may be invited to upgrade to TWM Super Model status.

2.3.2 Super Models remain non-exclusive, but receive enhanced agency representation, increased visibility for premium campaigns, and priority submission to high-value clients.

2.3.3 Super Model status is granted at the sole discretion of TWM and may be revised or revoked based on performance, conduct, and availability.

3. Bookings and Attendance

 

3.1 Once a Talent confirms a shoot or job, the commitment is binding.

3.2 Talent must arrive on time, prepared, and in compliance with any brief or requirement provided by TWM or the client.

​

3.3 Failure to attend or comply may affect future job opportunities.

4. Cancellation Policy & Penalties

 

4.1 Due to the nature of client scheduling and production costs, cancellations must be communicated in writing as early as possible.

4.2 Cancellations made within 4 days or less prior to a confirmed shoot or booking will incur a penalty.

4.3 The penalty will be applied as follows:

    •    A monetary deduction will be taken from the Talent’s next paid job secured through TWM.

4.4 The penalty reflects potential financial loss to the Agency and the client caused by late cancellation.

4.5 Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the Agency roster.

5. Payments

 

5.1 Payments for completed jobs will be made according to client timelines and internal processing procedures.

5.2 TWM is not responsible for delays caused by client payment schedules.

5.3 Any penalties or outstanding balances owed by Talent will be deducted prior to release of payment.

6. Conduct & Professional Standards

 

6.1 Talent must maintain a professional demeanour at all times during shoots, castings, communications, and assignments.

6.2 Talent must not engage in any behaviour that could negatively affect TWM’s reputation or client relationships. Including exchange of contacts with the intent to do business with the client outside of agency arrangements.

6.3 Misconduct may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

7. Portfolio Requirements

 

7.1 Talent may be required to complete updated headshots, mid-shots, or full-body shots for their portfolio.

7.2 Portfolio updates ensure clients can accurately assess Talent suitability for bookings.

8. Termination

 

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

8.2 Any outstanding penalties, obligations, or agreed bookings must be honoured prior to termination becoming effective.

8.3 TWM reserves the right to end this Agreement immediately in cases of misconduct, repeated cancellations, or breach of terms.

9. Liability

 

9.1 TWM is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during or resulting from jobs, travel, or independent work undertaken by the Talent.

9.2 Talent is responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during all assignments.

10. Acceptance of Terms

 

By proceeding with Talent World Management, the Talent acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
